If a customer declines to pay biweekly, they must sign a decline form available on our portal. Dealers are also required to send every customer the Review Machine link before they leave the store, regardless of their purchase decision. Additionally, dealers must display our customized reputation management banner in the customer parking area. If a dealership wishes to cancel services, they may do so at any time without further charges; however, to receive a refund for that month’s payment, we must audit their deals to ensure compliance with these terms.
